Do not sell or share my personal information

If your state's privacy law gives you this right, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and request access to or deletion of what we hold.

How to submit a request

Email partners@policysaint.com with the subject Do Not Sell Request, and include the phone number and email address you used on our site so we can find your record.

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete requests within 45 days as required by law. We never ask for payment or identification beyond what is needed to verify the request.

What happens next

• Your record is marked so it is not shared with any provider going forward.
• If a provider already received your request before you opted out, we notify them of your choice.
• You receive a confirmation email when the request is complete.
